Freck Funeral Chapel was a running out of space in their main building and wanted to be able to bring the deceased directly from the hurst to the embalming room when they arrived. The best solution was to create a state of the art laboratory addition to the existing garage. A three vehicle garage was created with direct access to an embalming laboratory.

A drug testing lab facility was installed into a 900 square foot space previously used as a tailor shop. This was a franchise, therefore design requirements of the parent company were followed, with a space provided to collect samples, test samples and a reception / office area.

1,250 square foot insurance office includes a separate public area from private open offices. The separation wall was created in a way to provide privacy but still allow employees to see if lobby was occupied.
