Project is a tenant installation into a 1,353 square foot vanilla box in a shopping plaza. Includes space for 6 manicure stations and 8 pedicure stations. Each station has a separate exhaust system. Pedicure stations have full plumbing hookups. A very noticeable feature of this project was a ceiling that is lit up with LED rope lighting built behind a soffit that allows the owner to change colors with an app on their phone.

Project is a design/build tenant installation of a nail salon into a 1,410 square foot space formerly used as a pizza restaurant. Space was designed to provide 8 manicure stations and a 8 pedicure stations. Pedicure stations have direct plumbing connectors. Each station has a separate exhaust system that took advantage of the existing exhaust system used for the pizza oven from the previous tenant. Other features included a resurfaced concrete floor, and built in nail polish racks.

Project was a tenant installation into a building located in downtown Pemberville that was originally built in 1920, and completely gutted. It sat empty for many years. This 1,275 square foot salon includes 4 hair stations, 1 pedicure station, 1 manicure station, and 2 shampoo bowls. Also included is a room dedicated to skin care.

Project is a tenant installation into a two story 1,496 square foot space in a commercial building that dates back to the late 1800s in downtown Toledo. Project includes a hair salon area for 3 seats that includes shampoo bowls. Separate private rooms are provided for nail salons, estheticians, and message therapy.

Project is a tenant installation into a 1,449 square foot vanilla box in a shopping plaza. Includes a hair salon area for 9 seats, two nail salon seats, two pedicure seats, and a private esthetician’s room. Also includes separate area for shampoo bowls, a dispensary, and retail area.
Meraki Nail Salon

Project is a tenant installation into a 1,311 square-foot open space in a shopping plaza. Project includes a hair salon area with 8 seats, a nail salon station, and a private estheticians room. Owner was going for an industrial feel to the project. Includes a hair dryer system with hair dryers that pull down from the ceiling
3102 West Sylvania Avenue
Toledo, Ohio
Opened in 2016
This project consisted of a renovation of a former 3,261 square foot doctor's office into a beauty salon. The majority of interior walls used to create patient rooms and offices were eliminated to create an open plan for the salon. Spaces provided include 16 hair stations, 2 nail stations, 2 spa rooms, a break room, and manager's office.
