A fun project for the staff at Cenic Architecture to work on. Owner wanted to create a microbrewery with a fun atmosphere that also allowed customers to see how the beer is made. Project included many creative reusage of materials taken from a remodel of a national grocery store chain. If interested see the video shown. This space includes a full microbrewery, bar area, seating area, and a seating area at the microbrewery.

A restaurant that makes the most mouthwatering sushi in the area wanted to expand their restaurant by using the former hair salon space that became available next door. The idea was to expand the bar to create a modern seating area allowing for more customer interaction and also an area to create a traditional Japanese dining experience. This was all accomplished in a 1,500 square foot area.
Smoky's BBQ Roadhouse

Project consisted of a renovation of a former Ponderosa restaurant into a BBQ restaurant with a bar. Features added for this project included the bar, an exterior eating area, a renovated kitchen, and an open but separated dining area. Finishes in dining and bar area of actual recycled barn wood and corrugated metal were used to
recreate feeling of an authentic Texas roadhouse. Finishes in kitchen selected to meet requirements of the local health department.

Iron Mike's bar and grill Needed some additional seating and wanted to create a space that could also be a banquet room. Thus the" Eagle's Nest" was created. A previous outside patio was built with the intension of eventually turning the patio into an addition. The owner wanted to create a feeling of a hunting lodge, so the walls and ceiling were finished with knotty pine. The ceiling was sloped in order to give a large open feeling.

Turning an older house into a store front for a baking/catering business was a challenging project. A rustic design was maintained while bringing the house up to compliance with accessibility codes and health department codes. A kitchen, decorating room, and baking room with a three compartment sink was all able to fin into a 900 square foot house.
CK Sweets

A veteran owned business, CK Sweets needed plans to fit a catering and baking business into a former train depot. With in the 1800 square foot building is a baking kitchen, a service bar, a private office and a space to sit down and plan for an event.
